Shipping policy

Shipping & Returns Policy – New Day Organics

Order Processing

We process REGULAR orders within 2-4 business days. SALE orders may take up to 7-10 business days to process, plus extra time for shipping. 

Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 United States through a variety of carriers.

Orders over $99 have free Standard Shipping.  Express Orders placed before 10AM Eastern Time, Tuesday through Friday will be shipped that day. After 10AM, the order will be packaged and shipped on the next business day.

Lost or solen packages

Please note: New Day Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier. If you need your package shipped "signature required," or have a history of having packages stolen, please choose that option at checkout for an additional $5 charge.

Carrier Damage

Please Note: New Day Organics is not responsible for product that is damaged during shipment.  

Returns Policy

If you have any questions about your New Day products or if you are not happy with your purchase, please send us an email at hello@newdayorganics.com.  We are happy to help with returns or refunds when necessary, as long as you contact us within 21 days of receiving your order. 

All New Day Organics Artisan Series and Trial size products are non-refundable. All shipping charges are also non-refundable. Thank you – we appreciate you!
