Welcome to the New Day Organics Retail Partner Program! By requesting a wholesale account and placing orders with us, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Account Requirements & Approvals
Eligibility: Applicants must possess a valid business license and a state-issued Resale Tax ID/Permit.
Distribution Channels: Products may only be sold via approved storefronts, brick-and-mortar locations, or boutique websites. Selling on third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Facebook, Walmart or other third-party marketplaces) is strictly prohibited unless given explicit, written authorization by New Day Organics.
2. Minimums & Ordering Tiers
Opening Order Minimum: $125.00 USD
Reorder Minimum: $125.00 USD
Order Placement: All wholesale orders must be placed digitally through our secure password-protected wholesale portal.
3. Pricing & MSRP Policy
Wholesale Discount: Standard retail partners receive a 40% discount off the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
MSRP Compliance: Partners agree to sell New Day Organics products at or above the designated MSRP listed on our public website. Short-term promotions, sales, or discount events are permitted but must not consistently devalue the brand's market standard.
4. Shipping & Lead Times
Fulfillment Window: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. During peak holiday seasons, lead times may extend to 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling, and freight charges. Orders ship via USPS or FedEx Ground, and real-time carrier rates are calculated at checkout.
Fulfillment Location: All shipments originate from our main facility. We do not offer drop-shipping services at this time.
5. Damages, Shortages, & Returns
Inspection Window: Please inspect all goods immediately upon receipt. Any claims for damaged items, defects, or inventory shortages must be reported via email within 5 business days of delivery.
Resolution: Please include your order number and clear photographic proof of damages to wholesale@newdayorganics.com. We will issue a replacement or a store credit for validated claims.
Returns: Due to the organic nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for unsold bulk inventory. All wholesale sales are final.
6. Tester & Sampling Policy
Display Testers: To support your floor sales, retail partners are eligible to purchase up to one (1) display tester per ordered SKU at a 50% discount off retail pricing. Testers are marked for store display use only and are not for individual resale.
7. Intellectual Property
Marketing Assets: Approved retailers are granted a non-exclusive license to use New Day Organics product imagery, descriptions, and logos for marketing purposes. All digital assets must be used in a manner that accurately conveys our messaging and organic branding.
